Purchase and Payment

Data Plans and Usage

• Data validity periods start from the moment of activation
• Unused data expires at the end of the validity period
• Fair usage policies apply to unlimited plans
• Network coverage depends on local carrier availability

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are available for unused, unactivated eSIMs within 14 days
• No refunds are provided after eSIM activation
